	Weddings Events Funerals	JEM Vocals was founded by Soprano Jenna Morris. Having performed as a soloist for weddings, funerals, and other events for many years, Jenna noticed a need for someone to provide direction with integrating the beauty of music into various events. As Thomas Carlyle said, “Music is well said to be the speech of angels… it brings us nearer to the infinite.” Music can provide a moment of reflection and enhance any ceremony, whether it be a wedding filled with new beginnings or a funeral filled with special memories of someone’s life. Jenna Morris received a Bachelor of Arts in Music from The College of William and Mary but actually began performing at a much earlier age. Jenna grew up taking piano and violin lessons and she even accompanied her father, a local musician and high school band director, on his gigs, where she would sing. Since graduating, Jenna has performed cabaret to opera in NYC and has also had the honor of serving as the Soprano Soloist at the oldest Catholic Church in NYC, St. Joseph’s Church in the Village. Her wedding ceremony performances have taken her all over the country (as far away as Hawaii) and her funeral singing has brought many families comfort while dealing with the grief of a loved one. Jenna has also created inspiring cabaret shows dealing with themes of hope and love, as well as providing music for dinner events and New Year’s Eve celebrations. Whatever your event may be, Jenna can put together just the right musical accompaniment to make your event a success!
